We offer a CONSULTATION service in all clinics for £15.00. This includes an examination of both ears but no intervention.
It may be possible to follow this consultation with immediate chargeable cleaning if time allows.

How We Remove Earwax
Depending on the nature of the earwax and your medical history your practitioner may use either MICROSUCTION which sucks the wax out of the canal like a small vacuum cleaner and/or pulsed warm water IRRIGATION which washes the ear canal clean.
Earwax removal is not suitable if you have a current ear infection, or have had recent ear surgery. You must consult your GP if you have suddenly gone deaf, have severe pain in your ears or you have a discharge from your canals.

Prior to your appointment we do recommend that you try to soften the earwax with (pure) olive oil, preferably by spray or drops for 3-4 days. You may feel that the oil makes your symptoms worse but it will certainly make any clinical intervention easier for both patient and practitioner.

Your appointment will normally last about 20 minutes during which time the practitioner will examine your ears, discuss any issues you have and remove any earwax by microsuction and/or warm water irrigation. These procedures are also available in your home. See prices above.
Liz is our senior healthcare professional and is the only practitioner in the team offering CRYOTHERAPY for wart, verrucae and skin tag removal, as well as earwax removal by microsuction & irrigation.
Gary runs two very busy clinics allied to Kings Pharmacy and Kings Opticians in Birmingham. Both the Cotteridge and Weoley Castle sites offer microsuction and irrigation for earwax removal.
Tony is now based at The Bridge Surgery, and offers microsuction and irrigation in clinic every Friday.
His domiciliary visits cover Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove Redditch and surrounding areas.
Carl is our most recent team member and has successfully settled in to three clinical venues allied to Pyramid Pharmacies and York Pharmacy in Stourport on Severn. He offers microsuction and irrigation at all clinics.
