Really friendly and a very thorough experience. Took the time to listen to my concerns , assessed my ears very carefully and gave me a clear plan of action. Procedure was efficient, attentive and Tony was very gentle. I was very pleased with the outcome & appreciative of being able to hear again ! I will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend more !
